Carvings by the WoodySkew husband/wife team are made from Premium Quality Solid Hardwood and Softwood. We pride ourselves in the work we do. We only use raw materials from the most sustainable sources we can find and we work hard to generate as little waste as possible. Specify what you would like in the personalization box. PRODUCT DETAILS:
• All the details in this product a carved and 3-Dimensional. This product has an edge over its completion, because use of laser to burn text into wood is fast, but doesn’t last. Customization/Text will be caved into the workpiece.
• Each Mancala Board Carving will be to your preferred tailored to your needs. Product Renderings will be sent before making wood chips.
• Products WILL be protected with an industry leading clear-satin UV and water resistant coating. (Keeping the natural wood appearance)

• Length 24" X Width 8" X Height 1" (Actual dimensions might vary by ±1/2" Length and Width and ±1/4" depending on what size wood I am able to source from select local sustainable/domestic sources)

MATERIALS:
We go the extra mile to ensure that each piece is made with care, quality, and to your specifications. Our standard raw lumber inventory is from domestically sourced soft/hardwoods refined at local Mills. We work hard to find raw material sources which are more sustainable than others. Please keep in mind that wood is a natural item and every piece has unique coloring and wood grain patterns. Finishes may vary slightly due to the inconsistencies in wood properties and picture lighting.

After agreeing upon product rendering of your location and customizations.
1) Flatten Boards
2) Sanding & Masking (customer dependent)
3) Customize Design (1 day)
4) Carving (0.5 days)
5) Finishing Sanding and Protective Coating (1-2 Day for wax coating curing)

TIMELINE FOR THIS PRODUCT:
- Estimated crafting completion time: 3-5 Business Days.

SHIPPING:
• Shipping is covered by me in the US. Fixed cost for international. Shipping will be sent via USPS Ground and take approximately 2-9 days to arrive after the item gets mailed.
• There is a shipping upgrade option to USPS Priority Express which will increase delivery speed to 1-4 days.
