We only use raw materials from the most sustainable sources we can find and we work hard to generate as little waste as possible. Specify what you would like in the personalization box. PRODUCT DETAILS:
• Each Carving will be to your preferred style/font/name and date. Product Renderings will be sent before making wood chips.
• Products will be protected with a clear-satin UV and water resistant bees wax based coating. (Keeping the natural wood appearance)
• Products can be painted prior to the protective coating. (Optional detail to be discussed before creation)
• Products will come with easy mounting hardware and 2 pocketed (recessed/sunken) flush mount keyhole plates ready roll!

SIZE:
• Any of the standard sizes Lengths (L) and Widths (W) listed with a Thickness (T) of at least 1.5" but can be altered with customer needs.
• Custom Sizes L x W x T- Negotiable depending on customer needs; feel free to contact me to discuss.

• Names, title, or anything you might like, please submit in the personalization box or in a message. We can follow up of fine details at the time of rendering creation.

MATERIALS:
• We go the extra mile to ensure that each piece is made with care, quality, and to your specifications. Our standard raw lumber inventory is from domestically sourced soft/hardwoods refined at local Mills. We work hard to find raw material sources which are more sustainable than others. • We can cut other spices of wood beyond this listing's parameters and have before upon request. Reach out if you have any interest.

FOOD FOR THOUGHT:
Please keep in mind that wood is a natural item and every piece has unique coloring and wood grain patterns. Finishes may vary slightly due to the inconsistencies in wood properties and picture lighting. We use top shelf supplies during every step to ensure you get the best possible product.

INTERNAL MANUFACTURING PROCESS
After agreeing upon product rendering of your location and customizations.
1) Flatten Boards
2) Sand & Mask Wood (customer dependent)
3) Customize Design (1-2 Days)
4) Carve with Router (1-3 Days)
5) Finishing Sanding and Protective Coating (2 Days for curing)

TIMELINE FOR THIS PRODUCT:
- Estimated crafting completion time: 10-14 Days.

SHIPPING:
• Shipping is covered by me in the US. Fixed cost for international. Shipping will be sent via USPS Ground and take approximately 2-9 days to arrive after the item gets mailed.
• There is a shipping upgrade option to USPS Priority Express which will increase delivery speed to 1-4 days.
